To obtain your items after an order, we offer 3 options (selectable at check-out in this webshop):
1. Pick-up at the store
Placed orders can be collected within 5 opening days at our store at Granaatappelweg 131. You will receive a confirmation by email when your order is ready for you (this is a 2nd email you receive after the generic order confirmation with payment instructions).
Wednesday to Saturday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
Please bring enough manpower to lift everything into the car. We will of course lend a helping hand if possible, but we cannot guarantee this in advance.
2. Delivery opening promotion for standard deliveries
We have a special promotional rate especially for the start of our new store and webshop: NAF 50 per delivery. This applies to deliveries consisting of accessories, 1 or 2 tables and various chairs. Our delivery person will then deliver these alone and we will deliver the items to the ground floor. Because the delivery person comes alone and uses a cart to transport heavier items, stairs or a difficult route to the ground floor is unfortunately not an option (in that case, look at the 1st or 3rd option). The tables and chairs are disassembled in the box and still need to be assembled by yourself.
We deliver within 5 working days in the morning.
3. Delivery of larger orders or special circumstances
For larger orders or more flexibility regarding delivery, please contact SMS Verhuisservice on +5999 5232892 or your favorite carrier. You agree on the corresponding rate with them (this depends largely on what you have purchased, where it should be delivered and on what day). SMS Removal Service starts at naf 65 and works in zones (the area around our store is zone 1).
Your own carrier is welcome during the pick-up days Wednesday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
If you require transportation, please note that we cannot guarantee that assistance will be available at the store to load large heavy items. You must therefore arrange sufficient muscle power for this yourself with your transporter.

International shipping
We offer to deliver orders for surrounding islands to Don Andres in seaworthy packaging (fees apply). You must arrange (and pay for) your own transport directly with Don Andres. At Checkout, select 'I will arrange transport' and send us an email or WhatsApp message explaining the situation.
For orders outside Curaçao, we can arrange a quality check before shipment. After your approval, we open the boxes to check for damage or color differences. After this inspection we deliver the items to Don Andres. Please note that internationally shipped items cannot be returned. Any transport damage is the responsibility of the carrier (you may consider taking out insurance for this).
