To get your stuff after an order, we offer 3 options (selectable at check-out in this webshop):
1. Pick-up in store
Placed orders can be picked up within 5 opening days at our store at Granaatappelweg 131a. You will receive a confirmation by email when your order is ready for you (this is a 2nd email you receive after the generic order confirmation with payment instructions).
Wednesday to Saturday 10:00-17:00
Please bring enough manpower to lift everything into the car. If possible we will help out of course, but we cannot guarantee this in advance.
2. Standard basic delivery
NAF 50,- per delivery. Regardless of where on the island you live. This applies to deliveries consisting of accessories, 1 or 2 tables, a smaller cabinet and various chairs. Our delivery person will then deliver these alone and we will deliver the items on the ground floor. Because the delivery person comes alone and uses a trolley to transport heavier items, a staircase or difficult path to the ground floor is unfortunately not an option (in that case, look at the 1st or 3rd option). The tables and chairs are disassembled in the box and must be assembled by yourself.
We deliver within 5 working days.
3. Delivery of larger orders or special circumstances
For larger orders or more flexibility there are 2 options:
- You arrange your own preferred carrier. You agree with them on the corresponding rate. Your own carrier is welcome during the pick-up days Wednesday to Saturday from 10:00 to 17:00.
- We arrange extra delivery staff and deliver with 2 or 3 people. The delivery amount is then determined based on the situation, because both the quantity and the distance will count. If 3 men have to go to Westpunt and are therefore away for 2.5 hours, it will be more expensive than if 2 have to go to Salina.
If you are arranging your own transport, please note that we do not guarantee that there will be help at the store to load large heavy items. You will need to arrange sufficient muscle power for this with your carrier.

International Shipping
We offer to deliver orders for surrounding islands seaworthy packed to Don Andres (there are costs involved). You must arrange (and pay for) the transport yourself directly with Don Andres. Select 'I arrange transport' at Checkout and send us an email or Whatsapp message explaining the situation.
For orders outside of Curacao, we can arrange a quality check before shipping. After your approval, we will open the boxes to check for damage or color differences. After this inspection, we will deliver the items to Don Andres. Please note that internationally shipped items cannot be returned. Any transport damage is the responsibility of the carrier (you may want to consider taking out insurance for this).
