Terms of service

Payment

  • You pay for the order immediately after placing the order via your internet banking app. Is the payment not received after a maximum of 48 hours? Then the order will be cancelled.
  • Are you paying from a foreign account and will it probably take longer than 48 hours? Send us a message with proof of payment (info@franksspullen.com or +5999 5666322).
  • When paying from a foreign account, please take exchange rate differences and transaction costs into account. We will release the order as soon as we have received the full order amount in NAF.

Change to placed order

  • Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss any changes. Please note that orders must be paid within 48 hours and changes resulting in a refund may incur administrative costs. Such as exchange rate differences or accountant costs. We will settle this with the amount to be refunded.

Returns

Returns are accepted if they are reported within 2 working days (via email, WhatsApp, META Messenger) and meet the following conditions:

  • unopened, original box or the tag is still attached to the product. We will only make an exception if there is a clear production error in the color scheme
  • you are in possession of the receipt or order confirmation
  • you will only receive the purchase amount back (no additional costs for delivery, for example)
  • You are responsible for returning the item to the store.


We do not accept returns on damaged products or products that have been reassembled (after being delivered new in box).

Damage to a product upon arrival

  • Please contact us immediately and also let the carrier know. If the damage occurred during transport by the external party, they are responsible for solving this. Damage caused during manufacturing is borne by Franks Spullen.
  • We can no longer process damage reported 48 hours or more after delivery. See also "Returns"


Cancellation of order

  • Do you want to cancel an order? Please let us know by email, Whatsapp or META Messenger.
  • Cancellation of the order after payment will incur administration costs of 25 euros.
  • Do you place an order and do not pay within 48 hours? The order will then automatically expire.
  • Do you place an order, pay for it, but then do not collect it within 5 days (without notification)? We will then cancel the order and the products will go back on sale. You will receive an email from us requesting that you provide your bank details so that we can refund the amount. You will then receive your purchase amount -/- after €50 in storage & administration costs.
